Career development at Google is as unique and varied as the Googlers we hire, and begins the minute they set foot in a Google office. Because we care about the long-term personal and professional growth of our Associates, we created the Online Media Associate Program (OMAP).
In addition to working within a specific team at Google, individuals will have the opportunity to participate in this two-year, team-based developmental program for new and recent university graduates. As a unique developmental program, OMAP takes up just 3% of time, allowing our new joiners focus on understanding and mastering core responsibilities. Based at our European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland and our Wroclaw office in Poland, this program offers international graduates from all academic disciplines an insight into online business, advertising, and new technologies.
OMAP helps new Googlers develop the professional and job-specific skills needed for their initial and future roles. It equips them with the business, analytical and early leadership skills needed to be successful at Google, while helping you develop a strong-knit community of Googlers across the business. OMAP provides opportunities to develop expertise in areas ranging from advertising to consulting, and business development to more technical areas. It also focuses on personal skills for future career development.
