Account Associate, AdWords - São Paulo
This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
The area: Online Sales and Operations
The Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team keeps Google growing and profitable. We are dedicated to supporting the company's expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are responsible for supporting customers and generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSO team members need to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible – and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The role: Account Associate, AdWords
The Account Associate works with AdWords to support and educate our growing global advertiser base. You will act as an expert at satisfying our clients by exceeding their expectations in the management of their campaigns using AdWords, Google's innovative online advertising program. You are excited to provide the optimal client service experience to our advertisers, using your passion for the Internet to provide amazing customer service to our online accounts advertisers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers and respond to customer service inquiries by email.
- Approve or disapprove new and changed ad submissions based on policy guidelines.
- Pro-actively develop innovative ideas to drive process, product and support improvements.
- Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns and technical problems.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
- Action-oriented professional with strong bias to drive innovation and improvements.
- Detail-oriented with the ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality.
- Must possess fluent verbal and written language skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Customer/Client service experience a plus.
