Los Roques is an exceptionally beautiful archipelago of about 60 islands, islets and coral reefs , which is under the protection of the national park. It is a popular destination for yacht cruises, although most foreign tourists arrive here by air . The airport is located on the main island of the archipelago, Gran Roque .

The main advantage of the entire archipelago are wonderful, empty, white, almost endless beaches . Walking them will be a pleasure in itself. Of course, you can observe many fish and other aquatic creatures within Los Roques. Therefore , do not forget to bring a mask and a tube . In the few hotels operating here, you will also be able to rent floating equipment or rent a boat to reach the wilder corners of the entire archipelago.

Are you looking for a relatively quiet and extremely photogenic place for your vacation? Then Los Roque will be a great choice. Here you will be able to enjoy great views, wonderful beaches and wild nature.

Posada Guaripete

Posada Guaripet is a lovely place to spend a few days on the archipelago. Perfectly right next to the beach, with wonderful views. The conditions are very homely and cozy. You can rent water equipment here. The owners are very helpful and open. We recommend!

A very nice, quite modern guesthouse on the island of Gran Roque. The all-inclusive version is quite expensive, but in my opinion it is worth it. The staff tries their best to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. Both breakfasts and lunches were delicious and very diverse.

This is an absolute place with soul. A small guesthouse on the main island of the archipelago. There are some minor things that need improvement, but overall I think it's positive. Tasty food, casual atmosphere, good conditions, wonderful landscapes around.

My wife and I spent our "honeymoon" here. The choice is not obvious, but the archipelago is simply a paradise place. The hotel itself is quite luxurious, but not in an exaggerated way. The owner is very nice and helpful. The whole week was absolutely wonderful. We hope to come back here someday, maybe for an anniversary.
