You are trying to boot your MacBook Pro 5,5 (¿2009?) into some sort of recovery. The platform driver (the fundamental Driver for your hardware) is missing.
But your Mac is too old to have Internet Recovery in its ROM.
That means your recovery partition is damaged.

Then the underlying issue may be that the drive has died. If that is the original drive, you have achieved amazing long life from it.
In the US, Macsales.com sells upgrade/replacement drives, and you could install an SSD drive in that older computer if you wish, but it will be forever limited by its graphics to 10.11 El Capitan.
MacSales.com main page has a really helpful feature named "My Upgrades" where you can specify your model Mac, and it provides only upgrades that work with your exact model, no other useless stuff.
Can you provide an image of the kernel panic?
so what is the solution to the damaged partition
If you can boot normally or in Safe mode, you can use downloadable MacOS, If you were running 10.6.8 or later
Otherwise Re-Install MacOS from fundamental sources, such as a USB-stick Installer.
The machine doe not recognize the USB stick or the internal hard drive for installation. It gives same kernel error as posted in the image above
Please any help to restore the OS
