Just tried to paint the veyron and only thing that is paintable are doors, also vinyls are messed up too, another day another bugged car.
Door sills are bugged too, having a different shade of orange, way too bright:

In the car selection and career series screen the car looks like it has an orange tint. But when viewing it it looks as it should.

It is ridiculous, it can’t be this hard to make it work, it’s not like they’ve never made a game before.
Oh well, guess we’ll just have to wait until next week for yet another new bug.

Recently purchased the Veyron as it was on sale and I’m unable to paint or apply decals to it. It’s stuck with that odd red to black color that shows in the purchase screen. Attempted to download a livery from previous Forzas (the first one where you could paint separate parts was the last update so I think it was Horizon 4) and noticed it didn’t take. Removed the livery to stock and then I discovered only the doors and the edge of the wing would change colors. Also downloaded a different livery and noticed they only had the bottom of the door with the livery applied.
Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still happened. Deleted local saves and re-downloaded and it’s still happening. Playing on Xbox Series X and the game is up to date. Here’s a video of it happening. https://gamerdvr.com/gamer/tonyski/video/182956632

We are closing out this issue. The developers have noted this issue as Fixed as of Update 3.0 on 12.12.23
