What's the process for picking up my tickets?

Upon purchasing your carnival tickets from Rio Tickets, you'll get a confirmation email with your reservation number. Keep this email as proof to collect your actual tickets at our Carnival Center in Arena Copacabana Hotel upon your arrival in Rio. If you prefer, we also offer a delivery option to your hotel for an additional cost.

Is it possible to cancel my reservation or make any changes?

Ticket modifications or cancellations are accepted until September 30th, 2023. Reach out to our specialists for reservation changes. Please note, VIP Lounges are non-refundable or changeable. After September 30th, 2023, tickets, including VIP Lounges, can't be refunded and may incur a cancellation fee.

Post October 1st, 2023, ticket refunds are only possible if the Carnival show is canceled due to COVID-19. If postponed, tickets will automatically be rescheduled, but refunds won't be issued. Requests for changes should match the name on your documents. For name changes, email us with the new name and order confirmation. To update your email, send a copy of your passport and order confirmation.
