Luíz Gonzaga é sem dúvidas um dos mais importantes músicos da cultura brasileira. Sua arte falava sobre a vivencia do homem simples, suas alegrias e tristezas. Sua maior fonte de inspiração era o sertão do nordeste. Ali ele nasceu, cresceu e fincou raízes de uma árvore que dá frutos até hoje: O forró.
A intenção deste projeto é passar com cores e formas, aquilo que Gonzaga sempre cantou, e sempre cantará. Viva o Rei do Baião!
