It's unclear why Alex stepped out looking more like Fred Andrews from the Archie Comics and more importantly, why he left the side patches alone. As Entertainment Weekly points out, this is probably related to one of Alex's upcoming projects, including the war drama The Kill Team and the modern epic The Hummingbird Project. Or, Alex is just playing with everyone so you look like what he looks like in this photo with his equally attractive brother Bill.
