Hawaii Five-oooh! Alex O'Loughlin shows off his inked up physique as he bonds with his family at the beach
All that beach living is certainly paying off.
Alex O'Loughlin has admitted his surfing skills might be a bit lacking, but hitting the waves regularly is still having a positive affect of the Australian's body.
The 39-year-old actor made for an impressive sight as he headed to the beach with girlfriend Malia Jones and their young son, Lion, in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Saturday.

Wearing just a pair of red board shorts, the actor showed off his very ripped physique and his unsurprisingly large collection of tattoos that included across his bicep, along his hip and, unusually, around his nipple.
While looking great, Alex was all but upstaged by his stunner surfer partner, Malia.
The 36-year-old professional surfer and model looked flawless in a tiny tie-side back bikini.
Impressively, despite being a mother of two - baby Lion and a four-year-old son with ex-husband Aussie surfer Luke Stedman - Malia boasted a washboard flat stomach and impossibly tonned and slender legs.
But, of course, the real star of the family day out was little Lion.
Clearly a beach baby already, the 14-month-old enjoyed a dip with dad before snuggling up in a big towel and his father's arms.
Alex - who has a 16-year-old son form a previous relationship - says his youngest is very chilled out, which is fortunate for his mother Malia who lives in a household of four boys.

Alex told Ellen DeGeneres earlier this year: 'He's the best. He’s very measured.'
'My big boy, Saxon, is kind of rowdy. He’ll be 16 in July and he’s huge. He’s like 6-foot! It’s terrifying.
'Malia has a four-year-old named Spike. It's like a man factory in the house!'
Alex, who plays Lt. Commander Steve McGarrett on CBS' Hawaii Five-0, has made Hawaii his home permanently recently.
He told Ellen: 'I bought a house. It's beautiful. It's mid-century. It's all open. I would like to completely re-do it.'
Now he is staying on - and also because of his girlfriend's profession - the 39-year-old has more time to brush up on his surfing skills as he says people assume being Australian he is better than he really is.
'I don't really surf. I'm not that good. I'm not committed.'
