Seller was a jerk! Did not answer my questions simply and transparently! Then decided they will refuse to seek to me after they lied and said my order was in the mail days before!!! Product was probably sub par so they don’t want to be caught letting about their product as well as having already shipped it out after i paid promptly!

Prayerfully, after careful consideration, I offer the following comments and recommendations (for growth): I ordered two baskets/boxes @ large size and they are nice. The delivery box had fragile written all around the box, however, it was damaged badly and items had fallen from one bag inside into the bottom of the damaged delivery box. In order to prevent the box sinking in and tearing so badly, if there was sufficient packing/bubble wrap inside and a better shipping delivery box, that most likely could have solved the issue. As one who ships items from a business, sometimes inserting a piece of recycled sturdy white cardboard or whiteboard in the actual (gift) basket or box would allow a person to use shrink wrap and a heat mechanism to secure the items in the baskets/boxes. Blessings!
