I'm not sure what the heck Chloe Sevigny was thinking with this slicked situation, but I'm pretty sure she'll never make this mistake again.
And apparently, even Blake Lively has hair days that are just so-so. Hers doesn't quite look bad here, but it's pretty everyday (not her usual magazine-cover coif).
