Vogue to Raise Price, Increase Print-Issue Size [Racked]
American Vogue has some major changes underway. To start, the glossy will begin printing its issues on larger pages (9 inches by 10.9 inches, from 8 inches by 10.9 inches) and increasing the newsstand price from $5.99 to $6.99. The massive September issue will be priced at $9.99. The magazine’s website, too, will undergo a few changes, beginning with today’s rollout of May’s Taylor Swift cover. Rather than cover multiple news items, Vogue.com will cover a single topic (in this case, Swift) from multiple angles, including beauty, lifestyle and pop culture.
