In my career as a Realtor spanning more than 25 years, I have often faced numerous challenges in my line of work, from negotiating deals to navigating complex real estate transactions and loads of paperwork that never seems to end. Two years back, I did this lovely course from RICS which gave a totally different dimension to the real estate consulting business and helped me explore the vertical of Land Transactions. Like Ganesha, who is depicted with a large head symbolizing wisdom, I constantly seek to expand my understanding of the real estate world, and learn about new verticals, enabling me to make informed decisions and offer valuable insights to my clients.

In the diverse and ever-changing real estate industry, I have always done my best to adapt to different clients, markets, and situations. This helped me immensely to learn to navigate various challenges gracefully, just as Ganesha's distinctive appearance signifies the acceptance of differences.

Early on in my career, I was blessed to have handled success and setbacks with equanimity, maintaining a balanced perspective. That has also made me a better human being, more than anything else.
