The 2023 V60 Cross Country Has Arrived!
The
V60 Cross Country, Volvo's 5-door, 5-seat mid-size all-road wagon, has arrived at Portland Volvo Cars, in Scarborough! Since the
introduction of the first Cross Country over 20 years ago, Volvo Cars
has become synonymous with the rugged all-road, all-weather segment.
The V60 Cross Country takes the elegance of the V60 and transforms it
into an all-road estate that delivers safety, practicality, comfort and
performance in a capable and adventurous package.
Experience the refreshed Volvo V60 Cross Country and Polestar with Google built-in. The vehicle was created with no compromise on design, still offering versatility and smart connectivity via Google for every day of the week.
Ground clearance for the V60 Cross Country is up to 2.95 inches (75mm) higher than the regular V60, thanks to the specially developed Cross Country chassis and suspension that enhance the car's off-road capability. All-wheel-drive is standard on the new V60 Cross Country, as are Hill Descent Control, Electronic Stability Control, Corner Traction Control and a special Off-Road driving mode.
Exterior design cues underline the car's Cross Country nature, while an increased ride height of 60 mm and a chassis optimized for comfort and control in all weather and road conditions further add to the car's special position within the Volvo portfolio.
Inside, Volvo has taken cues from the clean, Scandinavian interior design first introduced in the 90 Series cars, raising the bar in the segment with natural materials and new details on the dashboard and instrument panel.

New Exterior colors:
731 Platinum Grey: Sophisticated grey metallic with undertones of brown for a velvet finish.
735 Silver Dawn: Modern silver metallic that shimmers from warm yellow to a cold, more solid blue.
736 Bright Dusk: Warm silver high-metallic with light rosé tones that distinguishes the car's shapes and give an anodized metal look in direct sunlight.
On the inside, there's a new overhead console with buttons for panoramic roof and reading lamps. Rear reading lights also get buttons.
V60 Polestar now comes with a crystal gear shifter.

Volvo's leadership in the field of automotive safety is confirmed in the V60 Cross Country. The SPA platform has resulted in the strongest Volvo cars to date because of extensive use of boron steel, as well as numerous safety systems designed to protect people inside and outside the car.
Volvo's City Safety technology, standard on all Volvo models, combines automatic braking functionality and collision avoidance systems to cover a range of potential accident scenarios and help keep you safe. City Safety is the only system on the market that detects pedestrians, cyclists and large animals such as moose and deer.
Safety Assistance is the umbrella term for all collision avoidance functionalities (e.g., Collision Warning; Collision Avoidance; Lane Keeping Aid). Standard on the V60 Cross Country.
Driver Awareness features are like a "co-pilot" who is watching out for potentially dangerous situations and ready to intervene if necessary (e.g., Blind Spot Information System with Steer Assist; Cross Traffic Alert with Auto Brake). Standard on the V60 Cross Country.
Driver Assistance features include the optional Pilot Assist with Adaptive Cruise Control and the Head-Up Display (HUD).
Connected Safety features are based on cloud connectivity and designed to share information with other Volvo connected cars (e.g., Slippery Road Alert, Hazard Light Alert). Standard on all Volvo vehicles.
Connected Safety alerts also appear in the instrument panel and Head-Up Display (if equipped).
