The 29-year-old singer was photographed sitting on the ground in the corner of a New York City building.
Justin was wearing light purple shorts and a black zip-up hoodie with a white shirt underneath.
He was also wearing white and yellow Nike sneakers and a red and white checkered baseball hat.
He looked stressed as he sat with his knees up to his chin.
Justin was also double-fisting a black vape and a black cigarette.
