Ron Jeremy’s ‘rape victims’ and co-stars speak out in explosive documentary on the Porn King who faces 330 years in jail
RON Jeremy’s alleged rape victims and "major industry players" will be interviewed in an explosive documentary chronicling the porn star's downfall.
Last month, the 68-year-old pleaded not guilty to 12 counts of rape, including with a 15-year-old and various other sexual assaults.
If found guilty, the porn star faces 330 years in state prison.
Now a documentary series, Downfall of the Porn King: The Ron Jeremy Story, will "explore the rise of a man known around the world as the unlikely king of porn."
The doc will uncover the dark side of the adult industry, with the likes of Jeremy finding fame in the eighties, who went onto feature in over 1,700 porn films.
The recent #metoo movement, which led to movie director Harvey Weinstein’s conviction, helped survivors of sexual abuse come forward.
This includes Jeremy’s alleged victims, who’ll be interviewed for the new doc.
The UK mini-series is being produced by BriteSpark Films with executive producer Nick Godwin saying: "The case against Ron Jeremy offers an unrivalled opportunity to explore the dark side of porn over 40 years and we’re hugely grateful to the industry insiders who are helping us tell this compelling and timely story.”

Paul Barresi
For research on the doc, Godwin spoke to former porn star-turned-private investigator Paul Barresi, who starred with Jeremy in adult films.
He’s previously told The Sun that he saw Jeremy slip Quaaludes to his co-stars and was also alerted to a video on the Internet of Jeremy apparently sexually assaulting an incoherent 87-year-old woman.
A horrified Barresi immediately contacted the Los Angeles District Attorney.
Barresi compared Jeremy to the late Michael Jackson, who allegedly paid $35 million in hush money to at least two dozen young boys he sexually abused.
He says: "Ron Jeremy never grew up. Porn gave him a false sense that when it comes to he and women, on or off the screen, anything goes. He is of the adolescent belief that he can get away with doping a woman or slapping her on the behind because of who he is and get away with it.
"Most porn stars are damaged goods. They have been wounded at some point in their lives. The irony is, more people watch porn than they do Hollywood movies.
"Somewhere along the line, Ron was damaged. He, like Michael Jackson, became as dwarfed in his take on sexuality as did Jackson. We might never know when, where or how he was wounded."
Among the allegations, prosecutors claim Jeremy raped a 19-year-old woman during a photo shoot in the San Fernando Valley back in October 1996.
Prosecutors also accuse the 68-year-old of raping a 26-year-old woman at a nightclub in 2000 and sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl at a home in Woodland Hills in 2008.
'SUFFER IN ISOLATION'
Jeremy's also accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in June 2004, a 38-year-old woman at a West Hollywood bar in January 2013, and a young woman at a strip club in the City of Industry sometime between 2002 and 2003.
“Far too often, survivors of sexual assault suffer in isolation,” District Attorney Gascón said in a statement.
"We must ensure that survivors have all options available to help with recovery, including trauma-informed services for healing and support to report such crimes.”
Los Angeles prosecutors initially charged the ex-adult star in late June of 2020 with sexually assaulting four women.
Then in October 2020, Jeremy faced seven counts of sexual assault and it was reported then that, if convicted, he could face more than 330 years to life in prison.
Prosecutors turned down 14 other cases against him in October because they were past the statute of limitations.
The felony charges included 12 counts of forcible rape, seven counts of forcible oral copulation, six counts of sexual battery by restraint, and four counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object.

They also included two counts of sexual penetration of an unconscious or asleep person, and one count each of lewd acts upon a child under the age of 14 or 15, sodomy by use of force and assault with intent to commit rape, according to The Wrap.
The documentary will air on the UK-based network Channel 4.
