Kate Moss Revisits Her Classic Mid-2000s Look With a Very Current Update

Leave it to Kate Moss to turn heads with impossibly high boots.

There’s nothing like mid-2000s Kate Moss. During that period, the model solidified her status as a street-style star with her chicly thrown-to-together looks—the antithesis of the flashy, more-is-more Paris Hilton aesthetic that was so rampant during the era. Moss only needed to step out in a fur chubby, an Alexander McQueen skull scarf, skinny jeans, and a stiletto boot to turn heads.

Now, it appears as if ‘00s Moss is back. Since the Met Gala, where she wore a Saint Laurent halter dress with feather trim, Moss has been spotted in a uniform that consists of a studded coat, a black v-neck T-shirt, a large belt, and a pair of cropped kicky flares. And while the supermodel has certainly been evoking her Pete Doherty-era style, she updated things with a very sassy 2018 shoe: A sky-high chunky platform boot by Saint Laurent.
