Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to the field of security and more particularly relates to the surveillance of penetrations in buildings, pavilions and other similar places.

Controlling penetration into buildings is a major current concern and various means are used to do this.

We know a simple video means called "doorman" according to which the visitor announces himself then is recognized by the visited who opens or not-the front door.

We know another means called "surveillance" according to which the doorman camera permanently sends the image of the visitor on the screen of control of a guard who can open the front door after the agreement of the visited to whom he has previously returned the visitor's image.

Such a means is effective in detecting the sneaking that a co-visitor could take advantage of the opening of the door to enter the interior of the building.

These well known means however have various drawbacks.

It is easy to neutralize a doorman camera (lighter lamp, handkerchief, etc.) because these are very accessible due to their imposed position and moreover, the optical field is limited to the face which makes them ineffective against undue intrusions.

The solution with surveillance requires the permanent presence of a guard day and night and this guard has no rapid means to warn the occupants in the event of an incident or real danger. In addition, these installations must be studied on demand, which makes them expensive and difficult to troubleshoot.

• 3°-/ un système d'interconnexions d'interverrouillage des portes avec visualisation par voyants "ATTENDEZ-PASSEZ",
• 4°-/ une armoire d'interconnexions et de communication entre toutes les caméras et tous les moniteurs avec en outre; les dis­positifs complémentaires de programmation d'alarmes temporisées et des dispositifs d'interdiction du son en cas d'appel en sur­veillance ou seule l'image doit apparaître,
• 5°-/ des caméras de sécurité liées à des détecteurs de présence et implantées dans des appartements donnés. Elles fonctionnent comme les caméras de contrôle et l'image et/ou l'alerte peut être renvoyé, soit sur un moniteur donné,soit sur le moniteur du gardien (vacances par exemple).
• 6°-/ un système de signal d'alarme par voyant rouge clignotant sur chaque moniteur et bouton d'arrêt permettant la visualisation d'un message "ATTENTION INTRUS DANS L'IMMEUBLE". Complémentairement à ce système, sont disposés les boutons d'ouverture des portes.

In a very general way, it can be admitted that a building to be protected, very schematically comprises a number of given parameters represented by:
- "NVac" access roads which can reach a few dozen per building, including parking entrances, secondary accesses and outbuildings in general,
- the occupants of the "NOcc" building including the caretaker and the areas to be protected (basement, parking lots, workshops, terraces, etc.) as well as second homes for example.
- "NVis" visitors likely to enter the building.

It should be noted that any protection carried out using audible and / or visual means must be made in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, which may result from the affixing of visible labels of the kind:
"FOR REASONS OF SECURITY AND IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL OCCUPANTS OF THIS BUILDING, ALL THE ENTRANCES ARE PLACED UNDER PERMANENT ELECTRONIC MONITORING".

-function security in temporary absence (vacation ...),

as soon as the premises are vacant, the awareness of the presence detectors which has been planned by the departing occupant using an ignition key on his monitor, sends the image of a possible intruder on the monitor (s) preselected in advance with the additional possibility of recording the image and / or transmitting the alarm to a predetermined location (vacation location for example ...)
