The House of Lannister reigns supreme. Game of Thrones’ Peter Dinklage has taken home the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Tyrion Lannister.

Looks like Tyrion’s (somewhat) kinder approach in season 5 paid off. “I don’t think he’s as arrogant as he used to be,” Dinklage told EW of his character. “He’s always had compassion, his heart has been in the right place. But I think his arrogance has been diminished due to his terrible circumstances. He’s kinder, even though he’s a murderer.”

Dinklage has played The Imp on the HBO series since its start in 2011, the same year he took home the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for the role. The actor has been nominated in the category each year since the series’ start. Game of Thrones returns in April 2016.
