MAC Ruby Woo Lipstick, the most favorite red lipstick of makeup lovers of all the time. Ruby Woo is one of those lipsticks which every makeup enthusiast wants to own and wear once in their lifetime.
When I was a teenager, I used to hear the name “Ruby Woo” every now and then. It was like, having this MAC Red Lipstick will complete us. Ruby Woo was all over the Internet and I think it still rules.
All this fame and publicity MAC Ruby Woo Red Lipstick got made me want to have it more. It became one of those luxury things that feel like an achievement, a proud feeling when you own and wear them.
Luckily, I got this red lipstick as a PR from Nykaa and I still feel so blessed. I got MAC as a PR, I mean wow! That moment was literally like a dream come true. I was so, so happy and felt on top of the world.

REVIEW – MAC RUBY WOO LIPSTICK
Packaging: Super classy and elegant bullet shaped packaging with a magnetic disclosure. Having a luxurious product feels something right? The outer body print doesn’t chips-off, has a glossy effect, and has “M.A.C” engraved inside and outside of the lipstick body.
Fragrance: Yes, it does have a fragrance and a really yummy one. When I sniff it, it smells like white chocolate. Yummy!
My Experience
Oh! It glides so smoothly on the lips. I always prep my lips with a lip balm first for a smooth application. Even though it is from the retro matte range, it isn’t too matte which is good. I really enjoy the semi-fit finish plus it didn’t make my lips dry either.

The application is super comfortable and soft on the lips. The pigmentation is crazy! I mean the red is so elegant, classy, and bold. I loved how it looked so beautiful with both, my day and night time looks.
MAC Ruby Woo Lipstick is such a pretty Red and I really think it will complement all the skin tones beautifully.

The formulation, the texture is so creamy on the lips yet giving the semi-matte finish.

Talking about if it transfers and fades off then yes, it does transfers and fades of a little. I wore it in the evening, had some snacks, and by night, there was slight fading off but still, there was a good amount of color left.
The tone this MAC Ruby Woo Red Lipstick has is so different and there is no match of it. I have so many red lipsticks with me but this is just so unique and beautiful.

MAC Ruby Woo Lipstick in Red is one of its kind. I have never wore this beautiful Red in my life. The richness, the tone, the formula, everything is just so good. It is intensely pigmented and glides on lips smoothly leaving a semi-matte look. It doesn’t dry my lips. Fades-off and transfers up to a little but not much. I think it will compliments all skin tones.
